【摘要】 目的 探讨胰管结石并胰腺癌的超声图回声改变及超声的诊断作用。方法回顾性总结了12例胰管结石合并胰腺癌患者的临床资料和超声图回声改变，以及在术前超声诊断漏诊的原因和术中超声诊断的价值。结果 术前获得正确诊断10例，2例漏诊患者在术中获得诊断。结论 胰腺结石诊断不难，胰腺实质回声增强的强度反映纤维化的程度，在实质回声增强的胰腺中出现回声减弱并有模糊边界是胰腺肿瘤的表现。术中超声检查对胰腺癌的确诊和防止漏诊有重要价值。

    Ultrasound scanning in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer complicated with pancreatic duct stone

    【Abstract】 Objective To determine the effect of ultrasound scanning in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer compliˉcated with pancreatic duct stone.Methods Retrospective clinical analysis was done to12cases of pancreatic cancer with pancreatic duct stone in diagnosis and image changes of ultrasound scanning.And also evaluated the cause of miss diagnoˉsis at preoperative ultrasound scanning and the value of ultrasound diagnosis during surgical operation.Results 10paˉtients with pancreatic cancer with pancreatic duct stone were found by ultrasound scanning preoperatively and all12cases with disease were found during operation.Conclusion The pancreatic duct stones were detected easily by ultrasound scanning.The intensity level of ultrasound echo which reflect the fibrosis severity of pancreatic parenchyma and local atˉtenuated ultrasound echo with no-clearly border in pancreatic parenchyma is presentation of pancreatic tumor.Ultrasound scanning during operation is very important in diagnosis of disease and decreased miss diagnosis. ......
