【摘要】 中药臭灵丹主产于我国云南省，具有重要的药用价值。其主要化学成分为桉烷型倍半萜及其苷类和黄酮化合物，具有较强的抗肿瘤、抗菌消炎、祛痰镇咳、截疟等多种药物活性，因而，在临床中得以广泛应用。本文归纳了近年来中药臭灵丹化学成分、药理作用和临床应用等方面的研究成果，指出臭灵丹在抗菌消炎应用上具有广阔的发展前景。

    【Abstract】 Laggera pterodonta is one of important medicinal plants produced mainly in Yunnan Province，Chi-na.Its major chemical constituents include eudesmane sesquiterpenes，sesquiterpenoid glucosides and flavonoids.Phar-macological experiments indicate that this plant has anti-tumor，anti-bacterial，anti-inflammatory，phlegm-remov-ing，cough-inhibiting，and anti-malarial functions.Therefore，it has been used clinically as a medicinal herb for many years.The paper reviewed research achievements of Laggera pterodonta in chemical constituents，pharmacological activity and clinical application in recent years.It was put forward that development of new products using Laggera pterodonta should be possible in anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory pharmaceutical applications. ......
