【摘要】 目的 查找病源，杜绝新生儿感染。方法 对本院新生儿病房的医护人员及该室的医疗器械进行了较全面的细菌学检测。通过接种培养基，碱性胨水，按常规进行分离培养。结果 新生儿使用的温箱蒸发水含菌量高，温箱门把手查到了大肠埃希菌，呼吸面罩上有金黄色葡萄球菌，医护人员中咽拭子培养发现了A群链球菌等5种致病菌。结论 注意新生儿病室内使用的物品器具加强清洁消毒，医护人员勤洗手，戴口罩，一方面防止被患者传染，也可防止将自己携带的细菌传染给患者，这对防止医院感染都是十分重要的。

    【Abstract】 Objective In order to find out the source of disease,bacteria of medical equipment and laboratorists.Methods Detecting bacteria according to regular method.Results According to detecting,pollution of warm-contents were infected by bacteria was serious.Enteropathogenic Cloi.were detected from tap of door,and Staphylococcus aureus were detected from breath-mask.Conclusion Pay attention to the hygiene of equipment of new-born hospital,it is important to avoid infection.
