【摘要】 目的 探讨无水酒精宫腔注射抑制子宫内膜生长，控制子宫异常出血的可行性。 方法 根据患者不同情况，如是否绝育、子宫大小，用不同的方法，将无水酒精5～10ml注入宫腔，保留20～30min，使之与子宫内膜充分接触，治疗1～2次即可。 结果 无水酒精可以使子宫内膜坏死，基底层腺体减少甚至消失，对性激素失去反应，使出血减少。治疗显效率85.71%，有效率10.32%，无效率3.97%。 结论 无水酒精宫腔注射治疗更年期功血有显著疗效，创伤小，对内分泌无干扰，符合微创手术发展潮流。可起到药物性子宫内膜切除作用。
