【摘要】 目的 探讨超声引导穿刺抽液在治疗结核性多房胸腔积液中的意义。 方法 对31例结核性胸腔积液(多房性25例，包裹性6例)患者，超声引导穿刺抽液。 结果 31例患者共穿刺68次，成功率100%，没有并发症，较盲穿患者治愈时间平均缩短12天。 结论 超声引导穿刺抽液治疗结核性多房胸腔积液是一种直观、安全、有效的方法，避免了盲穿带来的风险，抽液彻底，缩短了液体吸收的时间。
