红外成像体温筛检仪测温准确度影响因素的研究

【摘要】 目的 研究可能影响红外成像体温筛检仪测温准确度的因素,为准确测量提供依据。 方法 对可能影响测温准确度的测温仪预热时间、测量距离、测量角度、测量对象静止或运动状态等因素,以及多个被测对象相互间有无影响进行对比研究,用红外体温筛检仪的测量值与医用水银温度计测量的腋温进行比较分析。 结果 预热时间、测量距离与红外体温筛检仪的准确度有关,仪器充分预热50min以上、测量距离控制在6m以内,红外成像体温筛检仪的测量值与腋下温度值无差异,测温准确度较高;在一定范围内改变测量角度,测量对象的(静止或运动)状态以及同一测温视野内有多个测量对象均对测温结果影响不大。 结论 红外成像测温仪是目前较理想的体温检测设备之一,为保证红外筛检仪测量的准确度,使用前必须充分预热,并控制其测量距离和测量角度。【关键词】 红外筛检仪;测温准确度;影响因素
