【摘要】 目的 研究降糖宁胶囊降血糖作用。方法 采用肾上腺素、葡萄糖、链脲佐菌素和四氧嘧啶引起的小鼠和大鼠以及家兔高血糖。结果 在40～600mg/kg剂量下，多次灌服降糖宁胶囊对肾上腺素、葡萄糖、链脲佐菌素和四氧嘧啶引起的小鼠和大鼠以及家兔高血糖均有明显的降低作用，且有明显的量效关系，还可明显改善四氧嘧啶性高血糖小鼠和大鼠多饮、多食、多尿等三多症状，并可促进四氧嘧啶性高血糖小鼠血清中胰岛素的释放。但对小鼠正常血糖却无明显影响。结论 降糖宁胶囊对实验性高血糖有降血糖作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the hypoglycemic effect of Jiangtangning capsules.Methods The hyperglycemic mice，rats and rabbits induced by adrenaline，glucose，streptozotocin and alloxan.Results After many times oral administration of Jiangtangning capsules(40～600mg/kg)，the blood glucose of hyperglycemic mice，rats and rabbits induced by adrenaline，glucose，streptozotocin and alloxan was decreased obviously，and had significant dose-effect relationship，the symptoms of polydipsa，polyphagia and polyuria were improved for alloxan-induced hyperglycemic mice and rats，meanwhile the release of insulin in alloxan-induced hyperglycemic mice serum was promoted ......
