【摘要】 目的 探讨肝病治疗仪治疗慢性病毒性乙型肝炎(HBV)临床效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法 将慢性病毒性乙型肝炎患者106例，随机分为治疗组56例及观察组50例，观察肝病治疗仪治疗对慢性病毒性乙型肝炎患者的肝功能及免疫功能的影响。结果 肝病治疗仪对慢性乙型肝炎患者的临床症状、肝功能及T细胞亚群均较单纯药物治疗的疗效明显。结论 肝病治疗仪能提高临床疗效，增强乙肝患者的免疫功能。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of hepatic equipment in the reatment of 106 chronic hepatitis B virus patients.Methods Two groups were randomly set:control roup in which 50 cases were only treated by medicines，and treatment group in which 56 cases were additionally treated by the hepatic equipment.Results Hepatic equipment can significantly improve liver function and T cell subgroups and release chronic hepatitis B virus patients’ clinic symptoms than single medicine Fufang Danshen Injection does.Conclusions Hepatic equipment is quite effective to improve liver function and immunity function of chronic hepatitis B virus patients. ......
