【摘要】 目的 探讨儿童癫痫清醒和睡眠时AEEG特点及临床意义。 方法 与100例正常儿童比较，对280例儿童癫痫进行24hAEEG监测，分析清醒和睡眠时AEEG特点。 结果 儿童癫痫AEEG阳性率为255例，占91.07%，清醒时105例，占37.5%，睡眠时150例，占53.57%;典型癫痫样放电229例占81.79%，清醒时85例，占30.36%，睡眠时144例，占51.43%，明显高于清醒时AEEG，P<0.05。正常组异常7例占7%，均无明显癫痫样放电。 结论 证实睡眠AEEG有利于提高儿童癫痫的阳性率，能观察到癫痫样放电和临床发作，并能定侧、定位，对儿童癫痫的临床诊断、鉴别诊断、分类和治疗以及预后均有重要参考价值。
