【摘要】 目的 探讨在临床工作中实施全球哮喘防治创议(GINA)遇到的问题及对策。方法 总结讨论在哮喘防治、教育和管理等各方面存在的问题，针对不同问题提出不同的解决方案。结果 在哮喘防治和教育各方面都存有一些问题，其问题在基层医院尤其具有代表性。结论 防治哮喘关键在于医生对GINA方案的全面、深刻理解，对吸入性激素在哮喘防治过程中的核心地位有充分的认识，并在实践工作中重视针对医生和患者的哮喘防治知识教育。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the issues and methods in applying the strategy of GINA(Global Initiative for Asthma)in clinical work.Methods The issues presented in the aspects of prevention,treatment education and managing for asthma were summarized;different projects were made for different questions.Results There were surely some issues in the aspects of prevention,treatment and education for asthma,especially in local hospital.Conclusion The most important in prevention and treatment for asthma is that the doctors would comprehen wholly and profoundly for the strategy of GINA and recognize sufficiently the core status of inhaled corticosteroids in the course.It also would take the education of knowledge in prevention and treatment for asthma to the doctors and patients into account. ......
