【摘要】 目的 探讨癫痫发作敏感大鼠内嗅皮层GFAP免疫反应活性的变化。 方法 用红藻氨酸(KA)10mg/kg(S.C)诱发大鼠出现癫痫发作1个月后,用免疫组化方法观察大鼠内嗅皮层(EC)神经胶质原纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)免疫反应活性的变化。 结果 发现EC区有大量GFAP免疫反应活性增强。 结论 这一现象可能与动物癫痫敏感性长期增强有关。【关键词】 癫痫敏感性;红藻氨酸;神经原纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)
