【摘要】 目的 探讨5-Fu在肠系膜下动脉灌注中的不良反应。方法 回顾既往临床治疗61例直肠癌，运用肠系膜下动脉灌注5-Fu，分析其治疗效果和不良反应。结果 本组病例有不同程度恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等。45例手术中有16例重度降结肠炎，25例中度结肠炎，4例患有肠坏死。结论 5-Fu是作为大肠癌的有效化疗药物，但对消化道的损害更应引起重视。而用于肠系膜下动脉灌注化疗最好以其他药物替代。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the adverse reaction of inferior mesenteric artery (IMA) chemotherapy using 5-Fu.Methods 61 cases of large intestine cancers were analyzed retrospectively. The results of treatment and adverse reaction of IMA chemotherapy using 5-Fu were analyzed also.Results The adverse reaction of the group of cases were including sick,vomit,diarrhea etc.Of 45 cases,16 patients had high degrees colitis,25 patients had middle colitis,4 patients had intestine necrosis.Conclusion 5-Fu as the effective chemopherapy medicine of large intestine cancers,but it should cause the attention to the harm of digestive tract. 5-Fu had better be replaced with other medicines in inferior mesenteric artery chemotherapy.
