【摘要】 目的 观察乌藤镇痛胶囊对血瘀型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法 对100例血瘀型偏头痛患者给予乌藤镇痛胶囊口服治疗，给药1个月后观察临床疗效并复查血液流变学指标。结果 治疗后患者的总有效率为90%以上，与治疗前比较患者的全血和血浆粘度显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 乌藤镇痛胶囊能显著改善脑部血液循环，临床疗效确切。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of wutengzhentong capsule in the treatment of patients with blood-stagnated hemicrania.Methods 100 patients with blood-stagnated hemicrania were treated with wutengzhentong capsule(taken drug orally) in one month, then observed and studied the clinical effect and the difference of hemorheology.Results The results showed that the total effective rates of wutenzhentong capsule on the studied patients was more than 90.0%;The whole-blood and plasma viscosity were decreased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion wutengzhentong capsule could improve the blood circulation and has better effect in the treatment of patients with blood-stagnated hemicrania.
