【摘要】 目的 研究分泌性中耳炎病人门诊行鼓膜切开、鼓膜激光和鼓膜置管使用丁卡因表面麻醉剂的效果和安全性。方法 回顾分析115耳109例分泌性中耳炎患者于1997～2004年间本科门诊行鼓膜切开、激光和鼓膜置管，使用8%丁卡因异丙醇表面麻醉剂(8%丁卡因溶于70%的异丙醇中)。结果 115耳使用8%丁卡因异丙醇行鼓膜切开、激光和鼓膜置管麻醉效果满意(96%)，4例效果差，加用1%利多卡因阻滞，术中术后未发生眩晕、面神经麻痹等并发症，无鼓膜损伤。结论 8%丁卡因局部麻醉剂对门诊鼓膜切开、激光和鼓膜置管麻醉有效、安全、可靠，且经济实用。

    【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study is to determine the efficacy and safety of topical tetracaine anesthesia for out patient with myringotomy and myringotomy with a tube.Methods 109 patients with otitis media effusion (115ears)were undergone myringotomy and YAG-laser with or without tube with 8% topical tetracaine in office between 1997 to 2004 year which reviewed retrospectively.Results The effect of the topical tetracaine anesthesia used in 111/115 ears was very good, only 4ears plused 1% lidocaine.The complication including vertigo and facial nerve paresis with topical tetracaine was not presence.Conclusion This study suggests the topical tetracaine anesthesia for out patient with myringotomy YAG-laser with or without tube is effective and safe and economical. ......
