【摘要】 目的 对葡萄糖注射液生产过程中造成含量偏差的原因进行分析，并提出相应的对策。方法 对配液温度、中间品测定分析方法、输液瓶残留水、注射液酸碱度和灭菌而引起的含量偏差进行分析研究。结果 配液温度高、中间品快检方法引起含量偏高；输液瓶残留水量、注射液pH值高和灭菌温度高、时间长而引起含量下降。结论 配制葡萄糖注射液过程中存在许多造成含量偏差的原因，应采取相应措施进行调整。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the causes of the content deviation of glucose injection in its manufacturing process, and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Methods Study the affecting factors of the content deviation, including the temperature of the distilled water, analysing method on the intermediate production, remained water in the bottle ,the pH value of the injection, the temperature and duration of sterilizing process.Results The higher temperature of the distilled water and the usual analysing method of the intermediate production may cause the higher content of the product; Remained water in the bottle , the higher pH value of the injection, the higher temperature and longer duration of sterilization may result in the lower content of the injection.Conclusion There are many causes making for the content deviation of glucose injection in its manufacturing process , corresponding measures should be taken to adjust it. ......
