【摘要】 目的 验证拨云滴眼剂的体外抑菌和杀菌作用。方法 测定拨云滴眼剂对8种细菌的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度。结果 拨云滴眼剂对金葡萄球菌、白葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、甲型链球菌和乙型链球菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为1.06、4.25、8.50、8.50、0.03和0.03g/L。对金葡萄球菌、白葡萄球菌、甲型链球菌和乙型链球菌最小杀菌浓度分别为2.13、8.50、0.07、0.07g/L。结论 拨云滴眼剂在体外对一些细菌有抑菌和杀菌作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To determine the inhibition of bacteria by boyun eye drops in vitro.Methods We measure the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC) to 8 bacteria by bayun eye drops.Results The MIC to Staph aureus,Staph albicans,bacillus subitilis,E coli,streptococci group A and B were 1.06,4.25,8.50,8.50,0.03 and 0.03g/L,The MBC to Staph aureus,Staph albicans,streptococci group A and B were 2.13,8.50,0.07,0.07g/L.Conclusion Boyun eye drops had the inhibitive and killing effects on some bacteria in vitro. ......
