【摘要】 目的 建立青钱柳叶中皂苷含量测定的方法，确定其实验条件。方法 采用正丁醇提取法提取总皂苷并用分光光度法测定其含量。结果 实验条件以0.2ml香草醛-5%冰醋酸溶液，0.8ml高氯酸，60℃水浴加热30min为好；在最大吸收波长445nm处，测得标准曲线方程为A=6.4489C 相关系数r=0.9989, 变异系数RSD＝0.18%，平均回收率为99.56%。结论 此方法简便、快速，结果准确、可靠，适合皂苷的含量测定。【关键词】 青钱柳；皂苷；含量测定；比色法

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a simple and accurate method for the determination of total saponins of cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) lljinjsk. Method The spectrum was used to determine saponin which had been isolated from cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) lljinjsk with n-butyl alcohol. Results Using 0.2ml vanillin-5% acetic acid ,0.8ml perchloric , and heat on 60℃ water-bath for 30min is the best condition. Its standard cure was A=6.4489C,r=0.9989,max=445nm,RSD=0.18%, and the average recoveries was 99.56%. Conclusion The method was simple, rapid, reliable and accurate. ......
