疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

【摘要】 目的 对疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效进行临床观察研究。方法 采用随机分组原则将181例急性脑梗死患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组予疏血通注射液8ml加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注，每日1次；对照组予血塞通注射液400mg加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注，每日1次。两组疗程均为20天。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率95.65%，明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。在SOD、MDA、血液流变学和微循环各参数指标改善效果方面，治疗组亦显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死作用迅速，疗效确切，值得推广。【关键词】 疏血通注射液；急性脑梗死
Clinical observation of Shuxuetong injection for acute cerebral infarction

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Shuxuetong injection on the acute cerebral infarction. Methods 181 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in treatment group received Shuxuetong injection 8ml by intravenous drip once daily for 20 days, while those in control group were given Xuesaitong injection 400mg by intravenous drip once daily for 20 days.The period of treatment on two groups were 20 days to compare the effects between the two groups after one period of treatment 20 days Results Total effective rate in treatment group 95.65% was obviously superior to that in the Shuxuetong group (P<0.01),the SOD、MDA、hemorheology and microcirculation indexes of the Shuxuetong group improved significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shuxuetong injection had a good and safe effect on acute cerebral infarction, it is a potential and valuable medicine for treatment of acute cerebral infarction. ......
