【摘要】 目的 探讨改良摆式矫治器联合口外弓推磨牙向远中的疗效。方法 选择安氏Ⅱ类错牙合病例16例，采用改良摆式矫治器联合口外弓推磨牙向远中，进行治疗前后X线头影测量和模型测量分析。结果 改良摆式矫治器联合口外弓使磨牙每月平均远移2mm，直到磨牙为中性或偏近中关系。结论 改良摆式矫治器联合口外弓是一种快速有效的推磨牙向远中的矫治器。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of modified pendulum application combined with headgear for molar distalization.Methods 16 cases of class Ⅱ malocclusion were treated with modified pendulum application combined with headgear,and the effects were evaluated with cephalometric and dental model analysis before and after treatment.Results After using modified pendulum application combined with headgear,the molars were distalized about average 2mm per month,All of them had reached class I relationship or mesial morlar relationship.Conclusion The modified pendulum application combined with headgear were rapid and efficient for distalizing molars. ......
