【摘要】 目的 检验内镜止血夹对急性胃肠道出血的疗效，并初步探讨影响其疗效的相关因素。方法 采用Olympus HX-5LR-1及HX-5QR-1型止血夹放置器和Olympus MD-850止血夹，止血夹与出血血管以60°～90°角夹闭出血病灶。结果 102例急性胃肠道出血治疗后止血99例，止血率97.06%，疗效确切未见并发症。结论 内镜止血夹为急性胃肠道出血提供了一种损伤小、止血成功率和安全性高的治疗方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the hemostatic effect of endoscopic clip on acute gastrointestinal bleeding(GIB)and relative factors influencing its effect.Methods Olympus type HX-SLR-1 and HX-5QR clip-fixing device and Olympus MD-850 endoscopic hemostatic clips were adopted. Endoscopic hemostatic clips clipped the hemorrhagic focus at 60～90°angle.Results Hemostasis after clipping was observed in 99/102 patients with acute GIB,the hemostatic rate was 97.05%.Conclusion Endoscopic hemostatic clip provides a safe and effective means for treating acute GIB. ......
