不同剂量雌激素对MSG雌性大鼠血脂代谢的影响

【摘要】 目的 观察不同剂量雌激素对L-谷氨酸单钠(MSG)雌性大鼠血脂代谢的影响。方法 选用新生SD雌性大鼠随机分为两组:MSG组和NS组。MSG组于出生后第2,4,6,8,10天皮下注射10% MSG 4g/kg;NS组于皮下注射等体积生理盐水。MSG组于80天龄时再随机分为3个小组,皮下注射不同剂量的苯甲酸雌二醇(EB)。于第10次注射EB后第2天所有组动物均取血,离心分离血清,用酶法测定血脂,并进行相关分析。结果 MSG大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)都明显升高(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著降低(P<0.01)。雌激素治疗使MSG大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C显著降低,HDL-C显著升高,且雌激素的作用有一定量效关系。结论 雌激素对MSG大鼠升高的TC、TG、LDL-C及降低的HLD-C有治疗作用,且有一定的量效关系。【关键词】 SD大鼠;雌激素;血脂;L-谷氨酸单钠
