【摘要】 目的 评价宫颈癌术前介入化疗栓塞的优点及价值。方法 对23例宫颈癌患者术前采用动脉插管化疗而后行双侧髂内动脉栓塞，10～14天后行广泛性全子宫切除+盆腔淋巴结清扫术。结果 介入化疗后宫颈局部病灶体积缩小>50% 9例，25%～50% 14例，取得手术机会22例，介入化疗后10～14天宫颈局部肿块体积明显缩小，手术中出血减少明显，22例患者盆腔淋巴结均未发现转移。结论 宫颈癌根治手术前介入性动脉化疗栓塞，能有效缩小原发病灶，提高手术切除率，减少术中出血。

    An analysis on interventional chemotherapy in preoperative treatment of cervix cancer

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and clinical significance of preoperative interventional chemotherapy in patients with cervical cancer.Methods 23 patients with cervical cancer treated with interventional chemotherapy and iliac arterial chemoembolization followed by radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphnodenectomy at our hospital between 2004.5～2005.6 were retrospectively reviewed.Results Interventional chemotherapy could reduce the tumor volume evidently to more than 50% in 9 cases and 25% to 50% in 14 cases and get more operational chances in 22 cases.The tumor volume has been reduced significantly and there was less bleeding during the operation.No lymph transfers had been found in 14 cases.Conclusion Preoperative interventional chemotherapy is an effective method to cervical cancer ,which can decrease the primary tumor effectively and increase surgery rates with less bleeding. ......
