【摘要】 目的 探讨米非司酮联合中药治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法 将收治的78例输卵管妊娠保守治疗病例随机分成2组。A组40例单用甲氨蝶呤，B组38例用米非司酮联合中药治疗，两组均定期检测血β-HCG及B超了解子宫及附件情况。结果 米非司酮联合中药治疗组成功率高，疗效明显优于单用甲氨蝶呤组。治疗1周后血β-HCG下降率B组明显高于A组。结论 米非司酮联合中药治疗输卵管妊娠具有效果好、起效快的特点，值得临床推广应用。

    A study of mifepristone combining traditional Chinese medicine in treating early phase tubal pregnancy

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of combining use of mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicine on treating tubal pregnancy.Methods There were 78 patients with early phase tubal pregnancy. 40 cases received only methotrexate (50mg intramuscular injection), 38 cases were treated by mifepristone (150mg once a day for three days) and traditional Chinese medicine.Results The success rate of the combination group was significantly higher than that of the single MTX group. The serum β-HCG levels of B group was down faster than A group. Conclusion The treatment of combining mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicine on early phase tubal pregnancy is effective. ......
