     摘要：近20年来，世界上新发现的传染病30多种，其中一些已对人类造成了严重的危害。本文就常见的新传染病加以介绍，分析新传染病出现的因素，并提出了应急控制策略。

    Abstract:In the past 20 years there over 30 newly emerged infectious diseases have been discovered worldwide and some of them have either posed severe threat to human beings or are harmful to human health The common newly emerged infectious disease were introrduced the factors resulting in the occurrence of emerged infectious diseases were analyzed and measures for emergent control of the newly emerged infectious diseases are discussed in this article
