【摘要】 探讨经尿道前列腺电切(简称TURP)术后出血的原因，并针对此并发症提出了相应的预防及护理措施，早期病情的观察及处理，预防感染(呼吸道 泌尿道)、预防便秘，活动的指导、饮水的指导等措施是减少并发症及死亡行之有效的方法。

    【Abstract】 The cause of hemorrhage after TURP operation was discussed. The poeventing and nursing to the syndrome were proposed. The results show that the effect methods to reduce syndrome and death include watching and dealing the early state of illness，preventing infection of aspiratory canal and urinary canal， preventing constipation and guiding patient's action and drinking.
