【摘要】 目的 旨在探讨缬沙坦在充血性心力衰竭中的治疗作用。方法 65例心衰患者随机分为观察组35例和对照组30例。对照组应用洋地黄及利尿剂；观察组在此基础上加用缬沙坦，治疗前后采用多普勒超声心动图测定心功能，并观察血压(BP)和心率(HR)的变化。结果 治疗后观察组左室收缩期末内径和左室舒张期末内径显著低于对照组；左室射血分数显著高于对照组；降低血压和减慢HR的作用明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 在常规药物洋地黄及利尿剂的基础上加用缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭有效，可以改善心脏功能。
