海南省2004年流行性感冒的病原学监测

摘要:目的 探讨海南省流行性感冒病例发生的病原学依据和流感毒株的型别分布、时间分布等特征,为流感的防治以及与SARS、禽流感的鉴别诊断提供科学的实验室依据。 方法 采用MDCK细胞进行流感病毒的分离培养,血凝试验阳性标本采用血凝抑制试验进行流感病毒型别鉴定。 结果 海南省2004年共采集流感样病例咽拭子标本477份,流感病毒分离阳性率为13.21%(63/477)。1~6月的病例标本中仅分离到H3型流感毒株,7~12月病例标本则分离到H3型和B型流感毒株。7~9月病例标本分离到19株H3型和21株B型流感毒株,病毒分离阳性率最高,为20.30%。 结论 海南省2004年流感流行以H3型和B型流感病毒为主要病原,1~6月主要为H3型,7~12月则H3型和B型均有流行,7~9月的标本采集数和病毒分离阳性率均高于其它时间段,提示夏季是海南省的流感多发季节。今后需提高流感样病例标本采集的及时率、病毒分离阳性率和及时报告率,为海南省的急性呼吸道传染病的防治提供科学依据。关键词:流行性感冒;严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS);病原学;病毒型别

Abstract:Objective In order to study the pathogenic basis of influenza cases and the characteristics of contribution of virus strains and isolation time to provide scientific basis from laboratory for control and prevention of Influenza and differentiation diagnosis with SARS and avian Influenza Methods Isolated Influenza virus with MDCK cell line The positive isolates of hemagglutination test were identified type of Influenza virus with hemagglutination inhibition test Results 477 swab samples of Influenza-like illness were collected in Hainan in 2004 The isolation rate of Influenza virus was 1321% ( 63/477 ) The type H3 of Influenza was isolated from January to June The type H3 and B were isolated from July to December 19 strains of type H3 and 21 strains of type B were isolated from samples of influenza-like illness who onset in July to September The isolation rate was the highest one ,2030% Conclusion The Influenza virus of type H3 and B were main pathogen for Influenza prevalence in Hainan province in 2004 In January to June the H3 type Influenza virus was the main pathogen and in July to December the H3 type and B type were prevalent simultaneously The sample Number collected from Influenza-like illness and isolation rate of Influenza virus in July to September were all the higher than that in other period It showed that summer was the high risk season of Influenza in Hainan In future, The in-time rate of sample collecting, positive rate of virus isolation and in-time reporting rate would be improved to provide scientific basis for control and prevention of acute respiratory infectious diseases ......
