【摘要】 目的 验证帕罗西汀与西沙必利联合治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法 将消化内科专家门诊90例功能性消化不良的患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各45例，治疗组用帕罗西汀和西沙必利联合治疗，对照组单用西沙必利治疗。结果 两组治疗4周后，治疗组显效44.4%，有效40.0%；对照组分别为24.4%、26.7%。组间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 帕罗西汀与西沙必利联合治疗功能性消化不良的疗效显著。
