Survey of the situation of malaria prevention in the populations working on the mountains and sleeping there at night in malaria endemic area of Ledong County LIN Cui-fen, LIN Shi-gan, FU Zhong-liang, et al (Hainan Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Haikou 570203, Hainan, P R China)摘要：目的 了解上山住宿人群疟疾疫情和防治现状，为全球基金疟疾控制项目实施的效果评价提供基线资料。 方法 选取有上山住宿流动人群的乐东县，分别分层随机抽取乐东县中的高、中、低疟区，并按项目要求对疟区的上山住宿人员进行逐一询问登记。 结果 调查9个点3 225人，占调查点总人口数21 861人的148%；蚊帐使用率为356%(1 149例)；预防服药率为0；疟疾发病史为393%(1 266例)。在有疟史者的1 266例中，只有462%(585例)进行血检，血检阳性率为942%(551例)，其中恶性疟占114%(63例)；接受治疗人数占963%(1 219例) ......
