【摘要】 目的 用周氏压痛点预测可否施行脐孔腔镜阑尾切除术。方法 发病72h内的确诊患者，令其在左侧卧位下，测定腹部压痛点，凡该压痛点位于脐右、脐下1～2cm，即周氏压痛点近脐，均施行脐孔腔镜阑尾切除术。结果 403例，包括2例盆位阑尾炎，全部手术成功。周氏压痛点指导该术的准确率100%。结论 阑尾炎之周氏压痛点是脐孔腔镜阑尾切除术预测及指导成功施行的准确方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of the peritoneoscopic appendectomy through the umbilicus with Zhou’s tenderness point.Methods We performed operations on 403 patients guided by Zhou’s tenderness point. Results All The patients had successful operations. Conclusions The result of the 403 operations proved that Zhou’s tenderness point of the appendicitis had great predicting and guiding importance to the diagnosis and treatment of peritoneoscopic appedectomy through the umbilicus.
