【摘要】 目的 探讨小儿(学龄期小儿)腹腔镜胆囊切除术(Laparoscopic Cholecystactomy, LC)的应用价值。方法 统计1998～2004年收治的小儿胆囊结石，对其实施LC并进行临床观察。结果 10例患儿均治愈，效果理想，无一例并发症。结论 经临床研究观察，小儿腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)安全可靠，并发症少、损伤小、恢复快，值得推广，有很大的应用价值。【关键词】 小儿； 腹腔镜胆囊切除术； 胆囊结石； 治疗

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the children laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods To study the treatment methods in Chinese children gallstones in our work in recent 6 years.Results 10 patients cured thoroughly and none has the complication. Conclusion Children laparoscopic cholecystectomy has a great vaule.
