摘要：目的：探讨重度妊高征患者剖宫产术的麻醉处理。方法：回顾分析2003年1月至2004年10月的65例重度妊高征患者剖宫产术时的麻醉处理情况。结果：65例患者麻醉效果满意，肌松良好，新生儿情况也良好。结论：对重度妊高征患者，尤其是并有严重心功能不全或其他并发症者，剖宫产术时麻醉处理若考虑全面，可降低手术风险。

    Anesthetic Treatment to Cesarean in Patients with Severe Pregnancy Induced Hypertension Syndrome

    Abstract： Objective: To investigate the anesthetic treatment to cesarean in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. Method:Retrospective analysis to 65 anesthetic treatments to cesarean in severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. Result: 65 cases had satisfied effects of anesthesia and musle-relaxation, All neonate were healthy. Conclusion: Continuous epidural anesthesia to cesarean in severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome is safe and effective.
