【摘要】 目的 评价肾动脉内支架植入术治疗肾血管性高血压的中远期疗效。方法 对24例肾血管性高血压(大动脉炎17例和动脉粥样硬化7例)成功地施行肾动脉内支架植入术(PTRAS)治疗肾动脉狭窄，采用彩色多普勒超声、CTA、定期门诊检查及肾动脉造影随访12～75个月，平均(42.2±20.3)个月，其中随访5年以上8例。全部病例均根据临床血压进行疗效评价。结果 支架植入术技术成功率100%。近期疗效：23例患者13例血压恢复正常，7例患者血压改善，3例无效。中期疗效：22例患者高血压治愈12例，改善8例，无效2例(含1例肾切除)。远期疗效(≥3年)：18例患者高血压治愈11例，改善5例，无效2例(含1例肾切除)。5年以上疗效：8例高血压治愈4例，改善4例。随访中有4例发生支架内再狭窄，行PTRA后血压改善。结论 肾动脉内支架植入术治疗肾血管性高血压中远期临床疗效肯定，病因、分型和介入治疗方法的选择是影响疗效的重要因素。
