【摘要】 目的 通过慢性上颌窦炎患者鼻内镜手术后配合使用上颌窦引流支架的疗效观察，并与单纯行上颌窦自然口扩大术疗效比较。方法 支架采用Z型不锈钢丝作为骨架，两面覆以硅橡胶膜。在经鼻内镜鼻窦手术后2～4周，平均3.5周，将上颌窦引流支架放置到上颌窦开口处，摄X线片观察支架的位置和形态。定期随访2周、4周、2个月、4～6个月，观察临床症状及上颌窦口开放情况。结果 30例患者共放置37枚支架，经过6～24个月的随访，慢性炎症均治愈。4个月后支架被取出，上颌窦口开放良好，效果明显优于单纯中鼻道造口术。结论 上颌窦引流支架配合中鼻道自然口扩大术治疗慢性上颌窦炎，引流效果好，方法简单、安全有效。
