摘要：目的：探讨儿童哮喘急性发作的治疗方法。方法：76例患儿分为三组，均予吸入万托林治疗。观察组(32例)吸入普米克令舒；对照I组(24例)静滴琥珀酸氢化可的松；对照II组(20例)静滴地塞米松。观察比较三组的临床疗效。结果：治疗后1h哮鸣音减少或消失例数和气急、喘息、哮鸣音等症状体征消失时间(d)，观察组与对照I组比较差异无显著性(p>0.05)，与对照II组比较差异有显著性(p<0.05)；咳嗽消失天数：观察组与两对照组比较均无显著性差异。结论：对哮喘急性发作患儿，在吸入支气管扩张剂的基础上吸入普米克令舒，能明显改善病情、缩短疗程，与静滴琥珀酸氢化可的松效果相近。

    The Comparison of Effects to Acute Childhood Asthma Between Aspirating pulmicort respules and Intravenous dripping Glucocorticoid

    Abstract: Objective: To find out therapeutic methods of acute childhood asthma.Methods: Children patient (n=76) were divided into three groups randomly,all of them were used Salbutamol Sulfate Respirator Solution at first. Patients who in observation group(n=32) aspirated pulmicort respules,in contrast group I intravenousdripped Succinate Hydrocortisone; contrast group II intravenousdripped desamethasone. To observe and compare the clinic effect of three groups. Results: There is no significant difference of 1 hour’s wheeze reduction or disappearance between observing group and contrast group I(p>0.05),but when compare to the contrast group II ,the difference is notable(p<0.05).The same thing happened in the time for the symptom disappeared, such as dyspnoea, gasp and extinction of wheeze. But as to cough, there is no difference in all three groups(p>0.05).Conclusion: In the acute episode period of childhood Asthma, aspirating pulmicort respules with bronchus expansion drug can relieve patient's condition and Shorten course of treatment ,and can get a similar effects to intravenous dripping Succinate Hydrocortisone. ......
