【摘要】 目的 建立盐酸格拉司琼口腔崩解片溶出度测定方法，并进行方法学考察。方法 采用0.1mol/L盐酸溶液100ml为溶出介质，转速为50转/min，取样时间为10min，分光光度法检测，检测波长为301nm。结果 在0～16.56μg/ml线性范围内(r=0.9999)，浓度与其吸收度呈良好线性关系，平均回收率为99.5%，RSD为1.26%。方法可行。结论 本法能够用于测定盐酸格拉司琼口腔崩解片溶出度，操作简便，准确可靠。
