【摘要】 目的 通过60例结肠低张气钡双重造影(DCBE)检查，回顾性分析评价该检查方法的临床应用价值。方法 60例患者均常规做结肠低张气钡双重造影，点片6幅，并做病例追查。有6例经手术病理证实。结果 60例患者，诊断为炎症11例，息肉6例，结肠癌9例，其他疾病11例。阳性率61.67%。较传统方法的阳性率为高，两者间差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)，诊断符合率也优于其他造影方法。结论 DCBE对结肠病变的检出和早期诊断都有着重要意义，是结肠疾病的首选检查方法。
