摘要：目的：探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血中P-选择素(P-selection，GMP140)、可溶性血管细胞间粘附分子-1(soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1，sVCAM-1)和可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(soluble intercellular adhesion molecules-1，sICAM-1)的水平变化及对糖尿病并发症早期评估和风险预测的价值。方法：采用流式细胞术和ELISA法分别检测75例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)血浆GMP140和血清sVCAM-1、sICAM-1的水平，并与30例健康人(对照组)进行比较。结果：糖尿病组GMP140、sVCAM-1和sICAM-1的水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01～0.05)；而有血管并发症者的GMP140、sVCAM-1和sICAM-1的水平又明显高于无血管并发症者(P<0.01～0.05)；糖尿病组GMP140水平与sICAM-1、sVCAM-1水平变化呈正相关(r=0.576～0.624，P<0.01)。结论：GMP140、sICAM-1和sVCAM-1相互作用、可能参与了糖尿病的发生与发展，联合检测对监测糖尿病病情变化及早期诊断血管并发症有重要意义和临床价值。

    Clinical Significance of Combined Assay of P-selection and Cell adhesionmolecules in Type 2 Diabetes

    Abstract：Objective：To explore the changes of blood P-selection (GMP140),soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1), and soluble intercellular adhesion molecules-1(sICAM-1), the relations of them to vascular complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2-DM). Method：By using the ELISA and flow cytometric immunoflurescence methods, the concentration of GMP140, sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 were measured in 75 patients with T2-DM and 30 controls. Result：The concentration of GMP140, sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 were significantly higher in T2-DM patients than that in controls(P<0.01～0.05), the all indicators were more obvious in patients with anginopathy than that in patients without angiopathy(P<0.01～0.05). The concentration of GMP140 was positively correlated to sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 (r=0.576～0.624, P<0.01). Conclusion：The interaction of GMP140 and sICAM-1, sVCAM-1 might participate in the occurance and development of T2-DM, and correlated to the occurance and development of diabetic angiopathy. ......
