摘要：目的：评价多层螺旋CT在胃癌的诊断、术前分期、评估中的应用价值。方法：本组45例患者均进行MSCT平扫及增强扫描，并应用图像后处理技术(MPR、SSD Raysum、CTVG、MIP)进行图像重建，并进行诊断分析与手术及病理对照。结果：本组病例病灶检出率100%，TNM分期准确率为91%，术前评估准确性为95%，淋巴结检出率为96%，准确率为100%，与手术结果相同。结论：综合运用MSCT及其多种图像后处理技术，可以在胃癌的诊断中发挥其独特的优势，是一种最具潜力的检查方法。

    Value Analysis of Multi-slice CT in the Diagnosis of Stomach Cancer

    Abstract: Objective： To appraise the practical value of multi-slice CT in the diagnosis, operation in advance by stages and evaluation of stomach cancer. Methods： To implement MSCT flat sweeping and strengthen scanning towards 45 patients in the group firstly; secondly, to rebuild image by using image processing after the picture such as MPR, SSD Raysum, CTVG, and MIP; thirdly, to carry on diagnosis analysis and the contrast of operation and pathology. Result： Appearing rate of case in the group is examined 100%; TNM phased rate of accuracy is 91%; it is 95% to assess accuracy before the operation; the examining out rate of lymph gland is 96%; the rate of accuracy is 100%, the same as operation result. Conclusion： Using MSCT and many kinds of Image Processing technologies synthetically can give play to its unique advantage in the diagnosis of the stomach cancer, so it is a kind of most potential inspection method. ......
