摘要：目的：探讨化疗联合粒细胞集落刺激因子动员外周血造血干细胞(PBSC)的效果。方法：12例恶性血液病患者采用化疗联合G-CSF进行PBSC动员和采集，并检测采集物中单个核细胞计数(MNC)和CD34+细胞。结果：12例患者均一次即获足量干细胞，获MNC平均5.7(2.2～7.6)×108/kg，CD34+细胞平均15.2(2.5～26.9)×106/kg。未出现严重不良反应。结论：化疗联合G-CSF能安全、高效地动员PBSC，满足移植的需要。

    The Efficacy of Peripheral Blood stem cells (PBSCs) Mobilized by Chemotherapy Combined with G-CSF

    Abstract：Objective： To observe the efficacy of peripheral blood stem cells (PBSCs) mobilized by chemotherapy combined with recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor. Method：We associated G-CSF with chemotherapy in 12 patients with malignant hematologic disease to mobilization and extraction the peripheral blood stem cell, and the number of mononuclear cells and CD34+ cells was monitored. Result：All the patients obtained enough cells from extraction in one time, the average number of MNC was 5.7 (2.2～7.6)×108/kg, CD34+ cells was 15.2 (2.5 ～26.9) ×106/kg, there are no severe disadvantage reactions. Conclusion：Mobilization of peripheral blood stem cell with chemotherapy combined with G-CSF is a safe and high-efficiency method. It can satisfy with the transplant. ......
