摘要：目的：多西紫杉醇与顺铂联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效及副反应。方法：我院2002年10月至2004年2月确诊的Ⅲ～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌45例，分成治疗组25例(多西紫杉醇75mg/m2静脉滴注，d1，顺铂75mg/m2静脉滴注，d1，21d一周期)；对照组20例(盖诺25mg/m2，d1、d8，静脉滴注，顺铂80mg/m2，d1静脉滴注，21d一周期)。结果：治疗组总有效率72%，对照组总有效率40%,两组有显著性差异。静脉炎发生率对照组明显高于治疗组。结论：多西紫杉醇与顺铂联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌是安全有效的。

    Chemotherapy with Docetaxel and Cisplatin in Non-small-cell Lung Cancer

    Abstract： Objective: The aim of the study was to observe the efficacy and side effect of docetaxel and cisplatin combination for patients with non-small-cell lung cancer.Method:From October 2002 to February 2004,45 patients with pathological diagnosis of stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ non-small-cell lung cancer were administered.The patients were divided into two groups(treatnent and control).The treatment group(25 cases) was treated by docetaxel and cisplatin at the dose of 75mg/m2/d on day 1 intravenously every 21 days. The control group (20 cases) was given navelbine 25mg/m2/d on day 1 and 8 and cisplatin 80mg/m2/ on day 1 intravenously every 21 days. Result:The overall responses for the treatment group and the control group were 72%and 40%,respectively, there were statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The peripheral phlebitis was more pronounced in control group(P<0.05). Conclusions:Compared with the control group, the regimen of docetaxel and cisplatin was effective and safe for patients with non-small-cell lung cancer. ......
