摘要:目的:调查分析一起集体性食物中毒的病因,并提出相应的预防措施。方法:2004年12月6日晚本市某工地发生一起集体性食物中毒,43名民工在工地食堂就餐后,陆续出现头痛、头晕、胃部不适、恶心呕吐等症状,随送到我院急诊。立即给予洗胃、输液及对症处理,同时分别提取进食剩余食品(主要是肉片炒四季豆)和患者呕吐物进行检验。 结果:实验室检验排除细菌性食物中毒,且测出样品中植物血球凝集素凝效价为1:256。当天未进食四季豆者不发病。结论:这是一起食用未熟透四季豆而引起的集体性食物中毒,加强卫生宣教,提高餐饮从业人员素质,改善食堂卫生环境,严格卫生监督均是行之有效的预防措施。关键词:食物中毒;四季豆;调查
Diagnoses of a Collective Food Poisoning

Abstract: Objective: To diagnoses the cause of a collective food poisoning and propose measures to prevent the same event happen. Methods : There was a collective food poisoning in our region on December 6,2004.43 labours had appeared headache、swirl、flatulency、nausea and vomit in succession after they had had dinner in eatery.These patients had been sent to the hospital soon and treated by washing the stomach、transfusion and corresponding therapy.The remains of a meal and the patients vomit were sent to test. Result: The laboratory test excluded bacterial food poisoning and determined the agglomerate efficiency of botanic corpuscular agglutinin was 1:256 in the speciment.Some persons who had not eat the kidney bean had not been sick. Conclusions : Eating the halfway kidney bean is the cause of a collective food poisoning.Strengthening the sanitary publicize、advancing the diathesis of dietetic personneal、improving the eatery circumstance and stricting the sanitary monitor are effective measures. ......
