摘要：目的：观察和研究复方丹参滴丸和黄芪精口服液联用抗心绞痛作用及有无耐药性存在。方法：按入选标准将我院40例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例。经双盲方式给药观察8周，治疗组口服复方丹参滴丸及黄芪精口服液。对照组口服单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片,疗程8周。结果：疗程4周后，治疗组心绞痛有效率和心电图有效率明显优于对照组，(P<0.05或P<0.01)，且在疗程6周后无显著降低，而对照组疗程6周后显著降低。结论：长期服用复方丹参滴丸和黄芪精口服液抗心绞痛作用优于单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片，长期服用疗效稳定，不易产生耐药性。

    Observation and Investigate the Antianginal Effect and Resistance with Polypharmacy of Red Sage Root Drop Pill and Milkvetch Root Oral Liquids

    Abstract： Objective： To observe and investigate the antianginal effects and resistance with polypharmacy of red sage root drop pill and milkvetch root oral liquids. Methods： 40 patients with stable angina were divided randomly into two groups; 20 were in the treatment group with polypharmacy of red sage root drop pill and milkvetch root oral liquids for 8 weeks; 20 were in the control group with Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained Release Tablets, 10mg each day for 8 weeks. Result： After 4 weeks,the ECG effective rate and angina effective rate were increased significantly in the treatment group as compared with those in the control group, and these effective rates were not decreased greatly after 6 weeks,while in the control group these rates were decreased obviously.Conclusion： In the long term, the antiangina effects of polypharmacy of red sage root drop pill and milkvetch root oral liquids were better than that of Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained Release Tablets, and it is hard to produce the resistance. ......
