摘要：目的：回顾性检查近3年我院住院癌症患者镇痛药使用情况。方法：统计从2002年1月至2004年12月住院的癌症患者止痛药消耗量，应用DDDS为指标分析其情况。结果：3年中我院住院癌症患者三阶梯止痛方案使用基本符合卫生部要求，晚期癌症患者止痛逐以吗啡为主，呈上升趋势。结论：我院住院癌症患者三阶梯止痛治疗基本合理，推荐晚期癌症患者首选吗啡止痛。

    Abstract： Objective: To compare efficacy among different medicines such as morphine in the treatment of cancer pain on terminal patients.Method: Some patients suffered from cancer pain were studied with DDDs.Result: The result shows that antalgic medicine was used as want of Heathy Department of our hospital in recent three years, and the use of morphine was enhancing in severe malignant turmor patients.Conclusion: It was reasonable in easing cancer pain in our hospital and morphine was preferred.
