摘要：目的：了解开放性跟腱断裂手术方法及其疗效。方法：对开放性跟腱断裂56例病人行改良津下(Tsuge)缝合法吻合跟腱或辅助游离深筋膜环行修复。结果：56例患者均获随访,随访期9个月～2年,结果优良52例,中等3例,差1例(伤口边缘皮肤坏死并轻度感染)。结论：改良津下缝合法吻合跟腱或辅助游离深筋膜环行修复治疗开放性跟腱断裂具有良好的疗效。

    The Treatment of Open Achilles Tendon Ruptures

    Abstract : Objective: To evaluate the Surgical methods and the results of treatment for open Achilles tendon ruptures. Method: 56 patients with open Achilles tendon ruptures were treated by Tsuge Stuture or auxileary Repair with free deep-fascia circuitously. Result:52 cases had the excellent results,3 case had the middle results, 1 case had poor results that marginal skin of the wound were necrosis and subinfection.Conclusion: It was a good effect that the open Achilles tendon ruptures were treated by modified Tsuge Stuture or auxileary Repair with free deep-fascia circuitously. ......
