摘要：目的：分析放疗骨转移疼痛的疗效。方法：根据病变转移部位不同及患者生存期的长短不同，给予不同的放疗方式。单纯短期止痛，是针对活动困难的重症患者，预计生存期不超过3个月，给予一次大剂量照射4～8GY；部分控制肿瘤为目的，预计生存期可能在半年以上，给予放疗30～40GY/2～4周；根治性放疗，预计患者能生存1年以上者，给予放疗量50～60GY/5-6周。结果：放疗总有效率为83.75%。结论：放疗对骨转移止痛治疗是有效可行的首选方法。

    Radiotherapy for Pain Relief in Cancer Bone Metastasis Cancer Center

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the curative effect of radiotherapy to the pain caused by bone metastasis. Methods: According to different metastasis sites and different life spans of patients, different radiotherapy methods are implemented.Simple short-term alleviating-pain,which means large dosages of 4～8GY are used for one time,is aimed directly at severe patients with difficult activities,the life spans are predicted less than three months.If the aim is to control tumors partly,with the dosage 30～40GY for two to four weeks,the life spans are predicted more than a half year.For radical cure,the life spans will be more than one year with the dosage for 50-60GY for five to six weeks. Result: The total effective rate of radiotherapy is 83.75%.Conclusion:Radiotherapy is the first choice to effectively alleviate pains caused by bone metastasis. ......
