【摘要】 本文总结我院近年来60例小体重婴幼儿的先天性心脏病并肺动脉高压心内直视手术麻醉处理体会，围麻醉期采用心脏超估算和直接肺动脉压力监测指标指导麻醉，方法简单、费用低廉，麻醉效果良好，值得临床推广应用。

    【Abstract】 This thesis summarizes the anethesia experience of 60 cases of light-weighted infants’congenital heart disease combinating the pulmonary hypertension treated by open heart surgery. The anesthetic period adopts the target of the heart overestimate and the direct pulmonary artery pressure watch to instruct anesthesia.The skill is easy,the charge is low and the anesthetic effect is well.It is really worth extending.
