摘要：目的：观察采用透明质酸钠(SH)关节腔内注射结合中药熏洗治疗对膝骨性关节炎(OA)的疗效。方法：常规膝关节腔内注入SH，每周给药1次，每次2ml，结合中药熏洗关节，每日一付，连续给药四周后判定治疗效果。结果：治疗四周后总有效率为100%，无明显毒副反应，随访6个月，80%患者无复发。结论：SH结合中药熏洗为治疗膝OA的一种显著疗法。

    Clinical Study of Sodium Hyaluronate (SH) Injection of articular Cavity and Steaming and washing of Chinese medicine

    in the Treatment of Osteoarthritis of Knee

    Abstract： Objective : To observe the curative effect of 1% Sodiam Hyaluronate Injection in the articular cavity and steaming and washing osteoarthritis of the Knee in Chinese medicine. Method: SH injection was given 2ml of a week and steaming and washing of Chinese medicine once everyday ,Continue four weeks. Result: The total effective rate was 100%. after four weeks of treatment without apparent side effects ,There was no recurrence of this disease in 80%of the patients 6 months after treatment. Conclusion: SH injection and Chinese medicine steaming and washing is a very effective treatment way of os teoarthritis of the knee. ......
