【摘要】 目的 探讨小脑常见肿瘤的CT特征性表现。方法 搜集我院2002年1月～2004年7月经临床、病理和CT、MRI综合诊断的250例小脑常见肿瘤。全部病例均做增强扫描检查，大部分病例做叠加增强扫描检查。结果 76例在术前经行CT平扫及增强扫描得到明确诊断，有特征性表现147例。结论 根据患者的年龄、部位及CT表现有助于小脑常见肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the features of CT in the diagnosis of common cerebellar tumors.Methods 250 cases of common cerebellar tumors collected from January 2002 to December 2004 in our hospital，which were proved by clinical，pathology，CT scan and MRI.All the cases underwent plain plus enhanced scanning，and most of the cases underwent stack enhanced scanning.Results Plain and enhanced CT scanning were performed in 76 cases with diagnosed definitely before operation.145 cases have the features.Conclusion It should be more likely to acquired diagnosis or differential diagnosis for those who are suspected to have common cerebellar tumors in the light of age ......
