摘要:目的：探讨X线、CT及MRI在诊断早期股骨头缺血坏死中的价值。方法：比较28例40个早期股骨头缺血坏死X线平片、CT及MRI的表现及诊断结果。结果：X线平片、CT及MRI发现早期股骨头缺血坏死的阳性率分别为45%、85%及95%。结论：MRI诊断早期股骨头缺血坏死比CT更具敏感性，X线平片则缺乏意义。

    Imaging Diagnosis of Early Femoral Head Avascular Necrosis

    Abstract:Objective：To evaluate the value of X-ray plain，CT and MRI in early avascular necrosis of femoral head. Methods:Plain film ,CT and MRI examination of 40 femoral heads of 28 cases were performed.Diagnostic results of three modalities were compared.Results:The accuracy rates of X-ray film,CT and MRI for diagnosis of ANFH were 45%,85% and 95% respectively. Conclusion: In order to diagnose of early avascular necrosis of femoral head, MRI was superior to CT in early diagnosis avascular necrosis of femoral head. X-ray plain had some limilations for showing early lesion of the disease.
